Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy is that we cannot accept returns for any reason. This policy does not subvert your rights under applicable consumer law. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email at admin@neverscoopgaming.com.au

Shipping
As we do not accept returns or exchanges, please do not send or return any items as we will not take any action on returned packages.

Refunds (if applicable)
In the event there is an issue with your order, we will discuss resolution options with you. We may offer a refund as one of those options. If you feel no other resolution is satisfactory, you may request in writing a refund. We will notify you in writing if the request is rejected or approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@neverscoopgaming.com.au
